Can deliveries also be made when I am not present?

METRO Delivery Service can carry out deliveries from Monday to Saturday between 6am and 5pm.

We absolutely prefer that the customer is present to receive the goods. Nevertheless, in certain situations it is possible or useful to deliver the goods when no one is present.

Such arrangements can be made in consultation with your Customer Manager.

In order to be able to make the delivery in the absence of the customer, we recommend that our customers provide a keylocker with code.

Please keep in mind that METRO Delivery Service can, under no circumstances, be held responsible for any damage, theft, ...
