Do you always have everything in stock?

Availability of the products is one of the strengths of METRO Delivery Service. While we do everything possible every day to guarantee maximum availability, it sometimes happens that certain products are not in stock.

Every day, our customer service department is in contact with our customers to report any shortages and to search together for the appropriate alternative.

Based on our expertise, we can only recommend that customers place orders on time (preferably before 2 p.m. the day before delivery). The faster the order reaches us, the more options we have to deliver the order as completely as possible. 

Please notify the METRO Delivery Service in good time if you require large volumes of the same product.
