METRO Delivery Service delivers the products you have ordered to the agreed location. 

  • The delivery can take place in the refrigerator or freezer room of your business. 
  • Boxes/crates are not unloaded. 
  • The delivery location must be freely accessible and not more than 1 floor above or below the ground floor.


All deliveries that deviate from these conditions must be discussed with your Customer Manager and will only be carried out after consultation with and approval of the Transport Management.


Due to the measures imposed by the government to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, the driver is not allowed to enter the kitchen or walk through the consumption room when there are customers.
