The quality of the products is one of METRO's strengths. That is why we apply the HACCP rules as prescribed. This means that it is not possible to return all products. Fresh products, frozen products and fruit and vegetables cannot be returned as we cannot meet the quality requirements and maintain the cold chain. That is why we ask you to always check your order carefully before submitting it.

  • Within 7 days from delivery
  • Non-food items
  • Dry food
  • Closed and compliant packaging


Products that are NOT eligible for return:

  • Fish and fish delicacies
  • Meat
  • Dairy products
